Based on contract performance (as documented in progre-ssSpecific conditions (see https://www.govregs.com/regulations/2i200.20il, DOH reserves the right to withhold up to l0% of firnds from the next applicable payment to theas such. After DOH SNAP-Ed provides documentation of the issue(s) and outlines the appropriate corrective action in writing, and with upp.ouuifro- the DOH SNAp-Edprogram manager' the first withholding of funds up to l0% would occur one time and allow 60 days for the appropriate correitive action to be completed by the Subrecipient. Ifdays, up to 5% of fnds will be withheld fom each subsequent monthly payment until the appropriate corrective action is "o-fl"t"d. If satisfactor corrective action is completedafter the 60day window, the initial 10% of funds withheld will not be provided as reimbursement to the Subrecipient as penalty. The subsequent monthly withholdings (of up toExhibit A, Statements of WorkRevised as of September 15,2021Pa;rment Informationand/or AmountFFY2lDue Date/Time Frrme2021, or follow close-outschedule.Or*If pre-approved inwriting by DOH, agenciescan submit invoices everytwo months.
