The Contractor shall iake suchaction as may be required to ensure full compliance with theprovisions in the immediately preceding paragraphs herein. 31. Prevailinq Waqe: Contractor. shall pay the prevailing rate of wages to all workers, laborers, or mechanicsemployed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordance with RCW gg.1Z and the rules and regulations of the Department of Labor and lndustries.
