Additional Provisions: <br />COVID-19: (PROMOTER) shall at all times indemnify, defend and hold harmless Easton Corbin <br />("Artist"), EC Touring, Inc, ("ECI") and ECI's subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, and each <br />of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, licensees and shareholders <br />from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, <br />without limitation, legal expenses and counsel fees) arising out of or in connection with any person <br />claiming to have become Infected with COVID-19 at the venue before, during or after the Artist's <br />performances, except to the extent directly attributable to the gross negligence or Inten nal <br />Artist ECI.
