EXISTING EVENT PRODUCTION <br />WILL BE IN PLACE. PER ADVANCE <br />E.) NOTES; <br />1.) Completion of performance stage is expected NO LATER THAN ONE (1) HOUR PRIOR to <br />earliest production call. ARTIST'S production normally takes three (3) hours to load -in, <br />followed by (1) hr of sound check. These four (4) total hours start AFTER staging, sound, and <br />lights are in place. Ideally, the stage and associated risers should be built the day before the <br />PERFORMANCE. <br />2.) The performance stage, all sound wings, and all associated risers should be solidly constructed, free <br />from holes and soft spots; and be incapable of any movement or motion. <br />3.) Back of stage should not be closer than four feet (4') to back wall of venue. <br />4.) Stage must be clear of any building overhangs. <br />5.) For outdoor performances, in addition to the above, the stage must have a secure load-bearing roof <br />that covers the entirety of the staging area for protection of ARTIST and the equipment from rain, <br />sun, and extreme temperatures prior to and during the PERFORMANCE. <br />6.) THREE (3) ROLLS OF 6M VISQUEEN (measuring 20' X 200') are required to cover all stage <br />equipment, FOH Audio/ lighting equipment, and all house and monitor electronics. <br />7.) All stair units should have handrails and be lighted. <br />8.) Sound check will require a minimum of one (1) hour, and EC Touring FOH Engineer will use PA <br />system at show volume for entire duration of this sound check. <br />9.) Upon ARTIST'S arrival and through completion of sound check, the venue shall remain <br />completely closed to PUBLIC. <br />10.) Ten (10) black hand towels and one (1) case of at least 24 ruom temperature bottled waters should <br />be available for use on stage AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR to sound check start time. These can be <br />part of the 4 cases of bottled water specified in the Catering section of this rider (Section XVII), <br />provided they can be provided on time. <br />Xli. POWER. REQUIREMENTS <br />Tour Audio acka e: Minimum rating of 100A draw; 3-phase power service required. 5 -wire CAMLOCK or <br />5 -wire Bare Tails connections only (on power service side). Venue must have at least one (1) electrician onsite <br />during load -in and load -out who is qualified and able to connect and/or disconnect power connections to any <br />EASTON CORBIN RIDER <br />Revised 08 April, 2020 <br />
