I. The Planning Commission recommended approval to the Board of County <br />Commissioners with a vote of 6-0. <br />il. No public testimony for this proposal was received. <br />il. The change meets the Growth Management Act and the objectives of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />2l-07 Kittitas County: <br />Amend multiple sections with KCC Title 17.56.060 and 17.32.050 to remove side yard <br />corner lot setbacks. <br />The proposed amendment to KCC 17.56.060 and 17.32.050 will remove inapplicable side yard <br />requirements for lots abutting streets. <br />The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on November 22, 2021, and <br />approved the request as presented by a 3-0 vote, finding that: <br />I. The change meets the Growth Management Act and the objectives of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />21-08 Kittitas County Proposal: <br />Amend KCC 17.08.560(8) and 17.08.560(C) to add a definition for "Warehouses and <br />Distribution.". <br />This amendment will require a reference number change for the definition of "Watershed <br />Management Facilities," to 17.08.560(C) instead of 17.08.560(8). 17.08.560(8) would be <br />reassigned to "Warehouse and Distribution." <br />The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on November 22, 202I, and <br />approved the request as presented by a 3-0 vote, finding that: <br />I. The change meets the Growth Management Act and the objectives of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />2l-09 Kittitas County Proposal: <br />Amend KCC 17.15.050.1, 17.15.060.1, 17.15.080, and 17.15.070.1 to add ooCemeteries" as a <br />permitted use in all zoning districts. <br />The proposed amendment would permit existing cemeteries in all zones within Kittitas County <br />utilizing the following footnote, except for those zones in which new facilities are already <br />permitted: <br />No new cemeteries.
