hazardous materials plan, developed in consultation with the Kittitas County environmental health <br />department. At a minimum, the hazardous materials plan shall include: <br />1. A description of operations and identify hazardous materials which may be used with <br />the proposal; <br />2. Description of how hazardous materials will be handled on site; <br />3. Description of containment for hazardous material; <br />4. A site map showing the location of the facility, property boundaries, locations of <br />hazardous materials, and other features of the site; <br />5. Secondary containment for wastewater, fuels, and other materials deemed by the <br />Kittitas County environmental health and solid waste departments to pose a significant <br />adverse impact on ground or surface water; <br />6. The use of monitoring to ensure that the hazardous materials do not leak or <br />contaminate ground or surface water; <br />7. The use of settling ponds, restrictions on off-site discharge, biofiltration or other <br />methods deemed by the Kittitas County planning department and/or Kittitas County <br />environmental health and solid waste departments necessary to prevent a significant <br />adverse impact on ground or surface water; <br />8. Setbacks for materials considered by the Kittitas County planning department, Kittitas <br />County environmental health and solid waste departments, or the Kittitas County fire <br />marshal to pose a significant adverse impact on ground or surface water.
