Sections <br />17A.05.010 County flood prevention ordinance. <br />17A.05.015 Delineated floodplain boundaries on preliminary plats. <br />17A.05.020 No net loss of floodplain storage. <br />17A.05.010 County flood prevention ordinance. <br />The Kittitas County Flood Prevention Ordinance No. 93-18 is hereby adopted by reference as the <br />development regulation for all uses defined in this chapter and in the Kittitas County critical areas <br />policy document. (Ord. 94-22 (part), 1994). <br />17A.05.015 Delineated floodplain boundaries on preliminary plats. <br />All preliminary plats must clearly delineate the one-hundred-year floodplain boundary, according to <br />the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map. (Ord. 94-22 (part), 1994). <br />17A.05.020 No net loss of floodplain storage. <br />1. A no net loss of floodplain storage concept shall be incorporated in all new construction <br />on existing lots and all future development on the following rivers, streams and lakes, <br />which are designated as "shorelines of the state" under 90.58 RCW and listed <br />under 173-18-230 WAC: <br /> <br />Stream Legal Description <br />Big Creek From the Wenatchee National Forest boundary downstream <br />to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Cabin Creek From the Wenatchee National Forest boundary downstream <br />to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Cle Elum River From the Wenatchee National Forest boundary crossing Cle <br />Elum Lake downstream to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Columbia River From Chelan County line on the Columbia River downstream <br />along the Douglas and Kittitas County line to Yakima <br />County. <br />Kachess River From the Wenatchee National Forest downstream through <br />Lake Easton State Park and to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Little Creek From the Wenatchee National Forest boundary downstream <br />to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Log Creek From confluence of Log Creek and unnamed creek <br />downstream to mouth of Cabin Creek. <br />Manastash Creek From confluence of North and South Forks Manastash Creek <br />downstream to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Manastash From the Wenatchee National Forest Creek south boundary <br />downstream to mouth on Manastash Creek. <br />Swauk Creek From the Wenatchee National Forest boundary downstream <br />to mouth on Yakima River. <br />Taneum Creek From the Wenatchee National Forest boundary downstream <br />to mouth on Yakima River.
