When Axon completes professional Services, Axon will present an acceptance form <br />("Acceptance Form") to Agency. Agency will sign the Acceptance Form acknowledging <br />completion. lf Agency reasonably believes Axon did not complete the professional Services in <br />substantial conformance with this Agreement, Agency must notifo Axon in writing of the specific <br />reasons for rejection within 7 calendar days from delivery of the Acceptance Form. Axon will <br />address the issues and re-present the Acceptance Form for signature. lf Axon does not receive the <br />signed Acceptance Form or written notification of reasons for rejection within 7 calendar days of <br />delivery of the Acceptance Form, Axon will deem Agency to have accepted the professional <br />Services. <br />Aqencv, Network.
