Impacts of the currentproposal are most similar to those identified in Alternatives 3D and 5. The FEIS ,rgg"rt,project contribution to increased Disrrict <br />""rrr. s;";-;ontributions can be made acondition of a Development Agreement. The applicant shall contact Easton schoolDistrict and develop mitigation measures. Mitig;tion measures shall be included in thedevelopmcnt agrcement. <br />Mitigation for the foregoing shall be met by a mitigation fee payment of $500 per unit for a totarof 89 units. Thisfee shall be paid at building permit issuance.
