4. Partnerships: List your key community partnerships for the proposed project and what <br />their role will be. (250 words max.) <br />Partners who have committed services to the Cold Weather Shelter at this time include: <br />o KVMA will contribute in-kind labor hours, including gathering, training, and coordinating <br />volunteers (534,000 in-kind, S14,000 in-kind cash donation). <br />o DSHS may utilize their mobile van to assist CWS guests with signing up for SNAP and <br />temporary financial benefits, pending COVID protocols. <br />o Bluestone Academy of Cosmetology will offer free haircuts for CWS guests. <br />Additional community resources already actively in place and with a strong history of collaborating with <br />HopeSource include, Kittitas County Health Network, a consortium of providers for all aspects of <br />physical, mental, and emotional well-being; Housing Authority, a recipient of VASH for veterans and <br />Section 8 housing vouchers for qualified households; Central Washington Healthcare with mental health <br />supportive housing; WorkSource with employment specialists who provide employment search and <br />preparation resources; the Social Security SOAR program that assists in moving from disability to ability; <br />Central Transit, HopeSource Dial-A-Ride, The Apple and Grape Lines that provide transportation services; <br />Kittitas County Commissioners who provide funding for homeless and at-risk individuals and families; <br />Central Washington Disability Resources and Elmview who offer training and disability support; FISH who <br />offers food and social suppor! Free Clinic Dental & Vision that provides access to medical treatmenq <br />and Goodwill and the Methodist Clothing Bank for essential clothing and household needs. <br />8
