Project the fully implemented local plans on the number of households <br />housed and the number of households left unsheltered, assuming existing <br />resources and state policies. <br />This program will not provide permanent housing but will provide temporary shelter during <br />adverse weather conditions and provide a pathway to access more permanent solutions. <br />M naUr"ss racial disparities amongst people experiencing homelessness. <br />HopeSource recognizes that race and economic status can significantly limit the opportunities <br />of program participants and acknowledges the unequal impact of these factors.
