OCTOBER 25, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Carly Brettmann, <br />Communications Director; Mark Cook, Public Works Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 22, 2021. <br /> <br />RATIFY FISH FOOD BANK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and ratify Board signature on <br />a letter of Support for FISH Food Bank to Lindsey Robinson, Food <br />Assistance Specialist with WSDA for FISH’s application for Flexible <br />funding application. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3- <br />0. <br /> <br />LETTER LETTER OF SUPPORT DNR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a letter of support to DNR Washington Geological Survey for the <br />Statewide LiDAR Collection and Refresh. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />
