Agency must use professional services as outlined in the Quote and this <br />Appendix within 6 months of the Effective Date. <br />Bodv-Worn Camera Full Service (BWC Full Service). BWC Full Service includes advance <br />remote project planning and configuration support and up to 4 consecutive days of on-site service <br />and a professional services manager to work with Agency to assess Agency's deployment and <br />determine which on-site services are appropriate. lf Agency requires more than 4 consecutive on- <br />site must rchase additional BWC Full Service o s include <br />Bodv-Worn Camera Starter Service (BWC Starter).
