When <br />a sales represenlative provides a customer a quote utilizing <br />the @operative, the sales repr€sentative will select the <br />cooperative contract within Saleslorc€.@m. At the end of the <br />quarter, our Sales Operations team runs a report in <br />Salesforce.com to see all deals thal closed the previous <br />quarter for each cooperative thal requires reporting. Because <br />a sale could be closed in Saleslorce but not actually shipped <br />or invoi@d for, we then run lhat information in Microsoft AX. <br />Microsoft AX allows us to see if the ship date occurred <br />within the reporting quarter and the amount that we invoiced <br />to lhe customer. Once we have all pertinent data, w€ put it <br />into an Excel spreadsheet to guide us in reporting the <br />cooperative sales data. <br />64 ldentifu a proposed administrative fe that you will pay to <br />Sourcewell tor facilitating, managing, and promoting the Sourcewell <br />Contract in the event that you are awarded a Conkact.
