PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT  <br />Page 4 of 20  <br />ATTACHMENT "B"  <br />  <br />COMPENSATION  <br />  <br />Contractor will be paid $4,500 per month which shall be invoiced to the County on a monthly basis on the first  <br />of each month after services are provided. Contractor will also bill a monthly expense reimbursement amount  <br />of $100 per month for routine expenses such as local mileage and parking. Additional expenses will be payable  <br />upon submission of an invoice detailing such expenses. Extraordinary expenses shall be incurred only with prior  <br />authorization of the County and reimbursed as an additional cost to this agreement.  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />
