PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT  <br />Page 3 of 20  <br />ATTACHMENT "A"  <br />  <br />SCOPE OF WORK  <br />  <br />The contractor will provide the following services under this Agreement:  <br />1. Work with County Commissioners, staff, and other consultants to develop specific positions and  <br />strategies on state legislation and project funding.  <br />2. Work with legislators and key staff to advance legislative and budget priorities for the County and  <br />advise County on developing long‐term policy and funding strategy for key projects.  <br />3. Act as the primary government affairs representative for the County before the State Legislature and  <br />state agencies.  <br />4. Provide strategic and policy advice on water resource and water banking issues in coordination with  <br />County staff, Prosecuting Attorney’s office, and outside legal counsel.  <br />
