How can a copy of the credited Plan be obtained: <br />A hard copy can be requested from Kittitas County Public Works Office, by making <br />the request in person (411 N Ruby St # 1, Ellensburg, WA 98926) by phone: (509) <br />962-7523, or by e-mail: publicworks(M-co.kittitas.wa.us. The plan is also available for <br />download through our website: https://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/public-works/hazard- <br />mitigation-plan/default.aspx <br />2. Describe how this annual progress report (not the credited Plan) was prepared <br />and how it was submitted to the governing body, released to the media, and made <br />available to the public: <br />Kittitas County Public Works staff contacted each of the primary and aftemate <br />contacts for the participating annexes, provided them with the list of initiatives for <br />their annex identified within the Plan, and requested that they provide the status on <br />each of the initiatives listed. Kittitas County Fire District #51, the Snoqualmie Pass <br />Utility District, the Cie Elum-Roslyn School District, and the Kittitas County <br />Conservation District all provided status updates. County staff then reviewed the <br />County -Wide and Unincorporated Kittitas County Mitigation Initiatives and provided a <br />status update. All information was compiled into a single document. <br />
