Accommodations if such Phase is consistent with the MountainStar Resort Conceptual Master <br />Plan and the MPR Project Development Permit and MountainStar MPR Conditions. This <br />responsibility shall include monitoring and reporting practices and procedures determined <br />acceptable to the Planning Director. <br />(7) Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities. <br />(i) First Phase. Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities must <br />be included with the first Phase of the development ofMountainStar in accordance with a <br />General Site Plan and/or Site Development Plan approved pursuant to Section 5.1 below. The <br />construction of such Developed On-Site Recreational f-acilities shall be completed pursuant to a <br />staging plan approved as part of the Site Development Plan for the first Phase. <br />(ii) Subsequent Phases. Developed On-Site Recreational <br />Facilities associated with subsequent Phases ofMountainStar shall be constructed in accordance <br />with the staging plan of a Site Development Plan(s) approved pursuant to Section 5.1 below. <br />(iii) Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities Built Over <br />Multiple Phases/Subphases. The Parties recognize that certain Developed On-Site <br />Recreational Facilities (e.g., golf courses) may be proposed for construction to begin with a <br />particular Phase or Subphase of development and completed in a subsequent Phase or Subphase. <br />The construction of such Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities shall be completed <br />consistent with a staging plan in a Site Development Plan approved by the County under Section <br />5.1 below. <br />(8) Retail/Commercial Services. Retail and commercial services <br />shal I be limited to those types and levels of use designed to support the recreation and <br />convenience needs of the users and employees of Mountain Star and shall not duplicate the full <br />Suncadia Master Planned Resort Development Agreement (Amended and Restated 12-02-2008) Page 27 <br />Index #32
