(d) Development Standards. The Development Standards set forth below <br />shall apply to the development of MountainStar. Trend west may choose to impose additional. <br />more restrictive development standards through CC&Rs or other methods. The following <br />Development Standards shall apply to the development of MountainStar: <br />(1) Consistency With Applicable Law and Development <br />Agreement. Development of MountainStar shall comply with (i) all Applicable Lav,• and (ii) the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />(2) Permitted and Conditional Uses. The following uses are <br />permitted and conditional uses within MountainStar: <br />(a) 1l1e following are permitted uses within Mountain Star: <br />(i) Short-Term Visitor Accommodations as defined herein: <br />(ii) Master Planned Resort Accommodation Units as defined <br />herein: <br />(iii) Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities as defined <br />herein; <br />(iv) Campgrounds and recreational vehicle sites with power and <br />water~ <br />(v) Visitor-Oriented Amenities as defined herein: <br />(vi) Cultural and educational facilities of all kinds. including, <br />but not limited to, interpretative centers and exhibits. and indoor and outdoor theaters; <br />(vii) Roadways and bridges, including privately owned and <br />maintained roadways and bridges; <br />Suncadia Master Planned Resort Development Agreement (Amended and Restated 12-02-200&) Page 24 <br />Index #32
