PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT ''8" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Kittitas County shall submit thirty thousand dollars (SSO,OOOI asa2O% down payment on the full project cost <br />upon approval of this contract. Eighty-five thousand dollars (SAS,OOO; shall be payable in equal monthly <br />installments of S8,500 over the anticipated subsequent ten (10) months of this project. Twenty thousand dollars <br />(520,000) shall be paid upon receipt of a draft confirming fulfillment of all project deliverables. Five thousand <br />dollars (S5,OOO1 will be payable for each of the three-month and six-month Virtual lmplementation Workshops <br />and the One Year Scorecard as outlined in Exhibit A. Approved expenses shall be submitted and reimbursed in <br />the calendar month following receipt. <br />PageT of21'
