PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEM ENT <br />ATTACHMENT ''B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />Kittitas County shall submit thirty thousand dollars ($fO,OOO; asa2O%o down payment on the full project cost <br />upon approval of this contract. Eighty-five thousand dollars (585,000) shall be payable in equal monthly <br />installments of 58,500 over the anticipated subsequent ten (10) months of this project. Twenty thousand dollars <br />(520,000) shall be paid upon receipt of a draft confirming fulfillment of all project deliverables. Five thousand <br />dollars (SS,OOO;will be payable for each of the three-month and six-month Virtual lmplementation Workshops <br />and the One Year Scorecard as outlined in Exhibit A. Approved expenses shall be submitted and reimbursed in <br />the calendar month following receipt. <br />PageT ot21
