Project Costs
<br />To prepare an estimate of probable construction costs for the TTC master plan, trails were divided into
<br />geographic zones and segments. These trail segments can be built over time and will help organizers
<br />phase in the full project implementation. The cost estimate is based on public bid and construct costs
<br />and is provided in 2018 US Dollars. The trail lengths are based on the trail layouts shown on the master
<br />plan graphic. See the Appendix for more detailed planning -level cost estimate breakdown and list of
<br />assumptions.
