A major iocus rr,ns io allract more major <br />feslival sporrsors by reassessing \,{,&al that nrighl look like lor ihem. This vle <br />accorrplished, nroving from h^n sponsors in 2017 to fjve in 2018 inciuding KVH <br />i,ttrich sponsored Sunday's perforrirances as a free concert to festival Eoers and <br />our cr'lmrrunity. We also reduced olr cosls by reducing the nunrber'of rrenues to <br />eighl lrom ten. Sribsequently, in 2018 we covered all expenses and ended rrr.rlh a <br />small sulplus for the nexl year. For 2019, lre increased our c.)rporate sponsorships <br />to seven and again KVH subsrdized lhe free concert on Sunday. <br />- Otrr neu6letler is still in it's infancy. but ,rre already see the poierrtial rrf exparrding <br />our lres.caqe, <br />- Aithough ue siill have enough reserves to put on a festival lrext year our <br />atiendance was down slightly and we did not r-rrake our 2019 hrrdget.
