Over ihe past 22 years of our <br />exlstence u/e have epanded our horizons to include not just straight ahead Jaz <br />and swng but Blues, Soul, R&8. La1in, Furrk, Ragae, Zrdago, Gospel and even <br />some Rock'n Roll. Becarise our nunrbers have decreased in the past fewVears, <br />we are considering re-branding the festival to reflect our diversity. <br />Ottr core audience members ate music lovers cf rrrho are looking for a vreekend <br />qeta!€y at an affordable price. The primary attendees wjll come from the Pacific <br />Norlhuest but the festival draws from across tlre United States and Canada. <br />Like most destinalion festivais. we !!ere forced to cancel lhe 2020 season due tc <br />Covid 1 9. Rent canvas tents to cover the seating areas al <br />the Rotary Pavilion, our main venue <br />2. Rent Portapotties and wash stations for outside <br />venues <br />3. Hire security lo police the fesiival Friday & <br />Saturday nights from 6pm until Midnight <br />4. Help defray the rentals costs of the sound <br />equipment used at the Rotary Pavilion. <br />5. Rent cooling devices/fans for the venues if the <br />temperatures during the festival require them. <br />6. On-line and print adverlising focused on our <br />target audience. <br />7. Social media advertising <br />B, Use an oniine exit survey lo get feedback from <br />festival attendees <br />9. Rent performing arts spaces for venues. <br />10.
