CEDA has experienced a growth in donor slipport and is in the process of developing a slrategic donor program trhich vrre hope rir,rll engage participation from lncal comnrurrity and business owrers. Our relationship wiiit comnrunity organizations and small family founciations has also enabled us [o increase our $upport this past year, !\€ are conlinuing this relationship and will be asking for continued support. Pioneer Day Activities did not occur as planned due to COVID and our current Phased approach. We started early with promoting a July 4th feel in our downto\,n; window decoratiorrs, retail activities and collaboraljve programmlng wiih other organizations rthich promoted and supporteci our retail and lodging trr-rsinesses. We are using ihis same philosophy to adapt our BooElunt event thal r-rsually dravr,s 1,500 family members. With lhe event being on a Saturday our Associaiion had been anticipating that there wuld be a draw lronr fifty nriles or farther and Suncadia. This year vr,e are taking components that would been added and modifying them to fil the Phase 3 approach that has been approved by Dr. Larson. This type of planning is already being looked at by the Christrnas in Cle Elunr planning committee.
