Disqualification In compliance with Executive Order 12549, the County will not award a contract to any contractor or subcontractor that has been debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from participation by Executive Order 12549. Contractors will be asked to state that they have not been debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded.
