WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the Parties and the motoring public that the terms and <br />conditions of GM 752 and this Amendment are fulfilled; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the exchange of real property interests, the <br />terms, conditions, covenants and performances contained herein, together with the <br />atkachad Exhibits which are incorporated and made a part hereof, <br />IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. After the construction of the new westbound lanes of Interstate 90 and prior to the <br />State abandoning and/or surplusing the former westbound lanes of Interstate 90, the <br />State will convey an easement to the County for that portion of West Sparks Road <br />that crosses under the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 that are to be <br />abandoned/surplused by the State as shown in green on Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2. The County will convey back to the State a portion of West Sparks Road as shown <br />in red on Exhibit A prior to December 31, 2020 by Quit Claim Deed.
