BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO.
