APPRAISAL SCOPE OF WORK <br />STATE PARK <br />PROPERTY <br />XXXX XX; 2021 <br />AGENCY DUTIES <br />The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (Commission) will compensate the <br />Appraiser (Contractor) for services provided in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />detailed in this scope, and, at Commission's option, subject to review and approval by a state - <br />certified appraiser. This appraisal report will be reviewed by an independent review appraiser. <br />The Contractor is required to respond to the review appraiser's inquiries and questions, and <br />provide clarifications and corrections as necessary to enhance the credibility of the Appraisal <br />Report. Commission will compensate and reimburse the Contractor after the Appraisal Report <br />has been reviewed and approved by a state -certified review appraiser.
