Develop and establish CDBG-CV program's policies and procedures, including, CDBG <br />income qualification, COVID-19 impact verification, prevent duplication of benefit, and <br />beneficiary reporting requirements. <br />o Deliver the direct services identified in the CDBG application through the local <br />community action program/local economic development council, etc. <br />o Allocate and manage public services funds as established in the approved <br />subrecipient /partnership agreement and budget and prevent duplication of <br />benefits. <br />o Meet the CDBG nationalobjective of principally benefiting low- and moderate- <br />income persons. <br />. Accomplish HUD's outcome of increasing the availability and accessibility of <br />services to achieve HUD's objective of creating suitable living environments. <br />2. TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />3 <br />The effective date of this Agreement is July L9,2O2L, and complete execution of this agreement <br />and will be in effect for the time period the contract expires June 30, 2023. <br />AGREEM ENT REPRESENTATIVES <br />Each party to this Agreement shall have a representative.
