The following mitigation <br />measures are conditions of approval: <br />t,,.1 <br />30.2.5 The FEIS identified additional equipment to mitigate Fire and <br />Medical Response impacts associates with the project. Project <br />contribution to these measures is identified in the FEIS. Such <br />contributions can be made a condition of a Development Agreement, with <br />amounts identified appropriate to 89 unit current proposal. The applicant <br />shall contact the Kiltitas Cotlntv. Fire District #3 to determine aporooriate <br />mitioation measures, Mitiqation measures hall bg included in the <br />development .aqreement, <br />January 28, 2019 - County Fire Marshall responds to ERLC regarding minimum fire <br />flow requirements and fire hydrants; but this communication did not address appropriate <br />mitigation measures for the District and was not even communicated to the District at <br />that time. The County Fire Marshall is a separate entity from the District.z <br />May 24,2019 - ERLC claims that it met with then fire chief, Chief Jensen, regarding the <br />Project. The District has no record of this meeting and there is no record of an <br />agreement or terms of an agreement regarding appropriate mitigation measures. <br />June 2019 - Public Hearing where the District was first made aware of ERLC's <br />proposed fire and medical response mitigation measures. ERLC has not, before this <br />time, contacted the District to discuss appropriate mitigation measures as required by <br />Ordinance No. 2018-006. <br />July 22,2019 - the District sends a Memorandum to the County Community <br />Development Services Department indicating that the applicant for Marian Meadows has <br />not yet contacted the District regarding appropriate mitigation for this Project, and further <br />requested the applicant properly notify the District of the application and public hearing.3 <br />January 17,2020 - County Fire Marshall responded to County Planning Official <br />indicating that the Fire Marshall's office has received the required information from <br />ERLC on Marian Meadows.a But again, this communication did not involve the District. <br />2 A copy of the January 28,2019, email to the County Fire Marshall is attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />3 A copy of the July 22,2A19, memorandum is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />1 A copy of the January 17,2A2A, email from the County Planner is attached hereto as Exhlblt C.
