Assistant; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Kady <br />Porterfield, KVEC Director; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Lisa Murray, <br />Administrative Supervisor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 9, 2021. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FIREWORKS POSTPONEMENT EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director provided the Board with <br />options to consider since they had to cancel the fireworks show for <br />the 4th of July concert. She stated that the Board could move it to <br />next year or do it for New Years this year however, the County would <br />need to pay it in full now if the Board would like to move it to <br />next year. She stated that 50% deposit is already done so it would <br />just be the remaining balance. <br /> <br />The Board decided that weather and conditions permitting they would <br />like to carry it over to July 4, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR COMMISSIONERS <br />
