The Program Evaluator would be in continuous contact with all providers to gather the <br />required infomration including cornpleting surveys. Open lines of communication are to be <br />established between the jail site, the MAT off-site clinic, and federal program staff to ensure <br />appropriate steps are being taken to conduct evaluation. <br />Evaluation Development 7l <br />The Program Evaluator will work with all program parhrers to ensure communication and <br />completion of evaluation cornponents.
