Territory and/or this SPO is confirmed at the conclusion of <br />the Financial Liability Investigation of properf Loss (FLIpL)- <br />(a) Reimbursement will be within 60-days of the completion of the FLIPL. <br />(b) Title will never transfer to the recipient regardless of the satus of the small arm. <br />(c) Payments dl. 1?
