civilian cooks,performance evaluations,disciplinary actions and performances,policy, <br />purchasing,complaints,grants,and more. <br />Program Evaluator <br />The Program Evaluator is responsible for managing all program evaluation activities and serves <br />as the liaison to BJA project evaluators.The Program Evaluator will work with the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff's Office Project Lead and the MAT partner organization Program Coordinator to <br />develop,implement,and oversee the BJA program evaluation. <br />Program Coordinator (MAT Partner Organization): <br />The Program Coordinator will serve as an administrative professional specialized in <br />managing,coordinating,implementing,and evaluating the MAT Partner Organization's medical <br />services.Responsibilities will include,but are not limited to,ensuring implementation of policies <br />and practices,facilitating positive relations within the grant program team and external parties, <br />providing relevant project information updates,communicating between Kittitas County <br />Sheriff's Office and the MAT Partner Organization,and creating presentations,summaries,and <br />reports to ensure communication and program transparency for stakeholders. <br />Medical Staff (MAT Partner Organization) <br />Mid-Level Provider <br />A provider with one of the following credentials:medical doctor (MD/DO),physician <br />assistant (PA-Cs),or nurse practitioners (ARNP,CRNP).The provider will need to have <br />received up to 24 hours of training and received their DEA waiver to prescribe buprenorphine. <br />Established connections with agencies,such as the American Society of Addiction Medicine <br />14 of 20
