6/28/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />The Board discussed the future of the Bowling Alley Committee. They <br />determined for the time being as they have had some interested <br />parties they would wait to see if they get any proposals. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER COLOCKUM BUIDLING DEMO COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Change Order #1 from Mass X <br />Construction for a new amount of $147,695.41, for the Colockum <br />Building Demolition Project. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:16 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 15 minutes, with Mark Cook and Neil <br />Caulkins to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br /> <br />At 9:31 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:32 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes, with Lisa Young, Clay Myers, <br />and Chris Horner under RCW 42.30.140 (4) (b) that portion of a <br />meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting the <br />strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during the <br />course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or <br />grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made <br />in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. Possible <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:37 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 9:37 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes, with Lisa Young, Clay <br />Myers, and Chris Horner under RCW 42.30.140 (4) (b) that portion of <br />a meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting <br />the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during <br />the course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, <br />or grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals <br />made in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress.
