PROHIBITION O.N CEBTAIN FUNDS TRANSFERS The Grantee that directly or indirectly receives CDBG-CV funds may not sell, lrade, or olhemise transfer all or any such potion of such funds lo another such entity in exchange for any other funds, credits or non-Federal consideration, but must use such funds for activltles ellgible under title I of the HCD Act or permiited by waiver and alternative requirements that apply 1o the use of CDBG-CV funds, 16. SUBCONTRACTOR DATA COLLEGTION Grantee will submit reports, in a form and format to be provided by Commerce and at intervals as agreed by the parties, regarding work under this Grant performed by subcontractors and the portion of funds expended for work perbrmed by subcontractors, including but not necessarily limited to minority. owned, woman-owned, and veteran-owned business subconlractors. 'Subcontractors" shall mean subcontractors of any lier, 16. SUF_CONTRAGTS, FOR ENGTNEERING S,EBVICES Engineering firms musl certifo that they are authorized to do business in the state of Washington and are ln full compliance wlth the requirements of the Board of Professional Registration. The Grantee shall require that engineering services providers be covered by errors and omissions insurance. The engineering firm shall maintain minimum limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence to cover all activilies by the engineering llrm and licensed staff employed or under contract to the engineering firm, The state of Washington, its agents, officers, and employees need nol be named as additional insureds under this policy. 17. ORDEROF PREGEDENCE ln lhe evenl of an inconsistency in lhis Grant, the inconsislency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: .
