As such, staff <br />recommends no change to this <br />section. <br />17.8.0s,010(B)(1)(a)(i)Aren Orsen, <br />Confederated Tribes of <br />the Colville <br />Reservation <br />Lls/202r Section 17.8.05.010(BXlXaXi) states that a project is <br />exempt from review if a professional archaeologist <br />has surveyed the entire project area within ten <br />years, and show that no cultural, archaeological, or <br />historic resources were found. We object to the <br />inclusion of this exemption.
