(Ord. 2016-006, 2016) <br />178.02.125 Boat launch ramp, public or community. <br />"Boat launch ramp, public or community" means a boat launch ramp owned or operated by a public <br />entity or privately owned or operated and open to the public or community group (e.g., <br />homeowner's association). (Ord. 201 6-006, 201 6) <br />17B..O2.130 Bulkhead. <br />"Bulkhead" means a wall-like, shoreline armoring structure such as a revetment that is placed parallel <br />to the shoreline (at or near the OHWM) primarily for retaining uplands, stabilizing shoreline and fills, <br />and prone to sliding or sheet erosion and to protect uplands and fills from erosion by waves or <br />currents.
