•The credit card number or any portion thereof <br />•Expiration date <br />•Contents of the maqnetic stripe <br />•CVVICVC number <br />•PIN or the encrypted PIN Block <br />•Any other credit card,personal,or business identification information <br />Only PCI certified credit card equipment may be used for County business. <br />7.4.18 AdministrativeAccess <br />IT Director (and other IT employee as needed for business purposes)shall have <br />administrative access to all multi-user software and software-as-a-service for disaster <br />recovery/business continuity. <br />7.5 Responsibilities <br />7.5.1 DHIEO <br />1.Department Head/Elected Officials will use the CAMAS -Request for Access to <br />Network Records form if access to a current employee's files is required. <br />7.5.2 Employees <br />1.Store data on a network file server in the appropriate location. <br />2.Lock computers when away from controllview. <br />3.Encrypt data on portable devices. <br />4.Verify all eeunty-County records are removed from any computer or storage media <br />when no longer used. <br />5.When being removed from eeunty-inventory,send any technology equipment or any <br />media used for data storage to IT for proper disposition. <br />7.5.3 IT <br />1.Require use of the CAMAS -Request for Access to Network Records form to provide <br />access to current employee's files. <br />2.Backup all data stored on the network servers as scheduled,and maintain them in a <br />secure location (see KGIT Internal Wiki -Network Backups). <br />1.Monitor backup log files and correct or repair failures. <br />2.Test a restore from backup at least quarterly. <br />3.Maintain all eeunty-County servers and ensure they are protected by a UPS. <br />3.Destroy or erase storage media when removed from inventory and destroy license <br />information for destroyed software. <br />36
