<br />Erik is a leader in the water resources space with over 12 years of experience
<br />working with water rights, water transactions, and hydrology on high -impact
<br />projects for corporate, nonprofit, foundation, and government agency clients
<br />throughout the western United States. He brings a proven ability to lead efforts
<br />in strategic planning, valuation, permitting, and due diligence for water rights
<br />acquisition, water asset management, and mitigation banking programs.
<br />Erik joined Landau Associates in November 2020, bringing a breadth of multi-
<br />disciplinary experience. Prior to Landau, he practiced as an attorney with a
<br />boutique law firm specializing in water rights, worked as a water rights consultant
<br />at two economic consulting firms, and served as a project manager with a non-
<br />profit organization that pioneered free market approaches to streamflow
<br />restoration.
