Our team consists of Landau Associates, Inc. (LAI) and AMP insights, LLC (AMP). Bringing our firms <br />together provides Kittitas County with expert and relevant support in the five service areas listed in the <br />Statement of Qualifications. Our team is available to begin work immediately and has capacity to support <br />multiple, simultaneous tasks in support of the County's Water Banking Program. <br />LAI has been assisting clients with hydrogeologic investigations, water right acquisitions, and changes for many <br />years. LAI staff that will be directly invoived with this work Include Eric Weber, Katherine Ryf, and Kelsey Mach; I <br />will serve as your Project Manager. Eric has been working on hydrogeologic investigations and water rights in <br />Washington State for 34 years. Prior to joining LAI, Katherine had 18 years of experience working on water right - <br />related issues for the Washington State Department of Ecology's (Ecology's) Eastern Regional Office, the <br />Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Milbrandt Vineyards. Kelsey has been working under the <br />tutelage of Eric and Katherine, developing broad experience in extent and validity assessments, beneficial use <br />analyses, and hydrogeologic studies. I joined LAI this past fall, bringing a multi -disciplinary history of working <br />with water rights, Including water banking in Kittitas County, for over 12 years. <br />AMP works with public agencies, non -profits, irrigation districts, cities, and foundations on water resource <br />policy and planning issues. AMP staff that will be directly involved with this work include Amanda Cronin and <br />David Pilz. Amanda has 15 years of experience working an water rights transactions, groundwater mitigation for <br />permit exempt wells, water banking, and water resource management in the Yakima Basin and throughout <br />Washington State. David also has 15 years of experience working with water rights with an emphasis on water <br />transaction program development and water law and policy issues. <br />Our project team is well-positioned to assist the County with potential acquisitions and transfers in support of <br />its water banking program, is Intimately familiar with Ecology's policies and procedures, and is well-respected <br />among Ecology staff in all Its regional offices, including the Central Regional Office. The team would provide the <br />County with creative solutions to bring mitigation options, Including in-Ileu mitigation concepts (as allowed <br />under the County's 2014 settlement agreement with Ecology and Futurewise), to underserved areas of the <br />County.
