With this specific familiarity, we are well prepared
to help formulate realistic recommendations for optimizing your water bank.
_
Water banking has quickly become a tool to facilitate reallocation of water supplies for
new instream and out -of -stream uses. Water banking, water right law, permitting, and
water resource management policies are integral parts of Aspect's capabilities and a key
component of our water resources practice. Our experience with water markets includes
water rights acquisition, due diligence, valuation, and water bank administration.
