We bring an unmatched understanding of the groundwater issues in Kittitas <br />County and the greater Yakima Basin coupled with in-depth knowledge of your water bank <br />development. Aspect provides the County the following advantages: <br />• Proficiency in Washington State Water Banking -We are working as a facilitator, organizer, water <br />right buyer, water right seller, or permitting expert on nearly every water bank in the state. No other <br />firm has worked as closely with counties (e.g., Kittitas, Stevens, Spokane, Pend Oreille, Klickitat <br />Chelan), cities, public utility districts, and irrigation districts to explore or set up water banks. <br />• Hydrogeologic Expertise— In addition to being the premier water rights consulting firm in the state, <br />Aspect provides the County a deep bench of hydrogeologists and water resources sciences with <br />experience bringing sound judgment and technical expertise in hydrologic sciences gained through <br />advanced technical training and extensive experience in Kittitas County and across the state. <br />In -Depth Experience with your Water Bank - Aspect has been there with Kittitas County from the <br />ground floor of your water bank development. Perhaps our greatest strength comes from our <br />experience working with the County to develop, implement, and expand your water bank. We have <br />the vision and expertise to support this project and continue to evolve the water bank to meet <br />future needs. <br />Aspect brings the County deep, broad, and local technical expertise in water banking.
