COMPENSATIOM <br />This is a performance-based con2rac4 in which payment to the CONTRAVi'Oi-I is based <br />on the successful completion of tho Scope of Wort;. As full compensation for satisfactory <br />performance of the work, the County shall pay Contractor compensation not to exceed: <br />$10,000.00 <br />Payment Schedule. County will pay Contractor an amount no to exceed $10,000.00. <br />Contractor shall invoice County monthly, as necessary, as work and deliverables are completed. <br />Invoices shall describe the activities used in support of this Agreement in the relevant month. <br />County shall pay the undisputed portion of invoices within forty-five (45) calendar days after <br />receipt of invoice. Detailed invoices must be provided regardless of the frequency of which <br />payments are made, and must be approved by the County. <br />Any work requiring additional compensation or expense shall be discussed and agreed to by the <br />County prior to incurring the additional expense. <br />Professional Services Agreement with American Rivers <br />Page 15 <br />
