Following our meeting on March 4, 2021, 1 have <br />outlined items that would be included in a base scope proposal and additional scope items <br />that may be added as the project progresses. Unless specifically called out, all meetings are <br />anticipated to be virtual to meet the requirements and operations of Kittitas County. <br />As we discussed, this is an initial scope based on my understanding of the scope and a <br />schedule that works all information completed by October. For this proposal, I have <br />completion in September. As I noted, everything in this proposal is able to be negotiated to <br />meet a feasible budget for the County through discussing how much scope should be <br />included in the base scope fee. For example, I have noted four options as our baseline <br />assumption, but by reducing this to two for base scope would minimize the total lump sum <br />fee and put the remaining two options in the additional scope to be determined at a later time. <br />Please review and reach out to me with comments or modifications you may require. <br />The lump sum fee base scope of services for the Kittitas County Courthouse Committee / <br />Community Outreach project described above and in the attached breakdown matrix, inclusive <br />of all direct labor incurred by DLR Group, is a lump sum amount of one hundred twenty-seven <br />thousand and seven hundred fifty dollars ($127,750.00). Reimbursable expenses will be as <br />charged plus a 10% mark up fee. The fee will be invoiced in percentage complete throughout <br />the project.
