Phase8-ScopeofWorkThisPhase8scopeofwork(SOW)encompassesservicesduringroadwayconstructionandutilityextension,aswellasadditionalpermittinganddesignservicesprovidedbyCH2MHillEngineers,Inc.(JACOBS)tosupportKittitasCounty(COUNTY).TheseservicesincludeimprovementstoHighway97,constructingtheminorcollectorroadfromHighway97totheTransferStationentrance,andinstallingutilities,includingwater,sewer,gas,electrical,telecommunicationservices,stormwaterfeatures,andappropriateutilityappurtenances.Phase8workoutlinedinthisSOWisexpectedtobecompleteinDecember15,2021.ThisworkwillbeperformedinaccordancewiththeOctober18,2016ProfessionalServiceAgreementanditsAmendmentsNo.1-6(PSA).Phase8tasksandworkassociatedwitheachsubtaskisasfollows:Task1:ProjectManagementProjectmanagementtaskswillincludemonthlyinvoicingandprojectstatusreporting,bi-weeklycoordinationmeetingswiththeCountySolidWasteDirector(Client),andweeklyJACOBS'teammeetingsthroughoutthedurationofPhase8.DuringTask3JACOBSwilldevelopageneralworkplanthatdefinesJACOBS'deliveryapproach,staffing,responsibilities,andprojectdeliverables.Task1willalsoincludepublicoutreachservicesbyEnvirolssuesincludinghostingtheKittitasTransferStationParticipateOnlinesite,performingbimonthlywebupdates(6)ofwhichtwo(2)willbeofgreatercomplexity.Assumptions:•ThisTaskisexpectedtobecompletedonDecember15,2021•JACOBS'servicesarebaseduponthescheduleordurationofconstructionanticipatedatthetimethattheseservicesareagreed.DeviationsfromtheanticipatedscheduleordurationofconstructionwillmateriallyaffectthescopeoftheseservicesandJACOBS'compensationfortheservicesandwillrequireanadjustmenttoJACOBS'compensation•Executionofservicesduringconstructionwillnotbedelayedbytraveland/orself-isolationrestrictionslocallyornationallyimposedduetoCOVID-19.JACOBSisnotresponsibleforschedulechangesrelatedtoCOVID-19Deliverables:•Communicationcall/meetingagendasandhigh-levelsummaries•Projectprogressreportsandinvoices•AgeneralworkplandefiningJACOBS'deliveryapproach,staffing,responsibilitiesandprojectdeliverablestosupporttheconstructionphase•Six(6)projectwebsiteupdatesbyEnvirolssuesthroughconstruction,ofwhichtwo(2)willbemajorwebsiteupdates•ProjectinformationwebsitehostingbyEnvirolssuesthroughDecember2021
