A tabulation of the reviewed bids and the Engineer's cost <br />estimate are attached. No mathematical errors were identified in the bid proposats. <br />Any and a[[ items that had a unit cost that exceeded the engineer's estimate by 15o/o or more have <br />been verified that the quantity presented in the engineer's estimate is correct. We are confident <br />that these quantities are appropriate. Therefore, we betieve that the bid is balanced and acceptable. <br />The apparent low bidder for the project is Belsaas & Smith Construction, lnc. We have carefutty <br />reviewed the documents, as fottows: <br />. The Bid Proposal was signed by Russ Belsaas, President, and Brandon Drexter, Vice President, <br />individuats duty authorized to bind the company. <br />' Betsaas & Smith Constructors, lnc. is a ticensed contractor in the State of Washington, License <br />No. BELSASCO33OH, with an expiration date of JuIy 24,2022. We have verified this <br />information with Washington State Department of Labor & lndustries (https://l.ni.wa.gov) and a <br />printed copy of the search resutts is inctuded herewith. <br />Jacobs Engineering Group lnc.
