Can the county delay the start of this oroject or add a susuension time to where the utitities can be insta[ed in the fall/winter when the groundwater is at its lowest point? While Kittitos County will not dictate the contractor's schedule of activities, the County will not delay the start of this project or add a suspension time. Ouestion: The concern was raised about any project with targe amounts of pipe due to material constraints and price uncertainty. Kittitas County is committed to award within two weeks of opening bids.
