A tabulation of the reviewed bids and the Engineer's cost estimate are attached. No mathematical errors were identified in the bid proposals. Any and all items that had a unit cost that exceeded the engineer's estimate by 15% or more have been verified that the quantity presented in the engineer's estimate is correct. We are confident that these quantities are appropriate. Therefore, we believe that the bid is balanced and acceptable. The apparent low bidder for the project is Belsaas & Smith Construction, Inc. We have carefully reviewed the documents, as follows: The Bid Proposal was signed by Russ Belsaas, President, and Brandon Drexler, Vice President, individuals duly authorized to bind the company. Belsaas & Smith Constructors, Inc. is a licensed contractor in the State of Washington, License No. BELSASC0330H, with an expiration date of July 24, 2022. We have verified this information with Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (https://Lni.wa.gov) and a printed copy of the search results is included herewith.
